Strength for life

Functional Strength sessions are built to help adults find their inner athlete. The Functional Training program consists of hour-long group sessions targeted to individuals whose goal is to build functional strength for everyday life. Participants (read: Athletes) can expect to work on basic movement patterns (squat, hinge/ bend, push, pull, etc.) and various resistance training exercises in a fun and exciting group environment. Athletes will be pushed to progress at an appropriate rate based on their skill level and aptitude.

  • Dynamic warm-up + dynamic core strengthening and stability exercises
  • Foot speed, hip mobility, and/ or light plyometric drills
  • Functional strength training to build lean muscle, improve posture, and live pain-free
  • Metabolic conditioning + high intensity exercises to burn calories & fat
