Signing up for your first session is easy & free!
Use the calendar below to schedule and book your session. Sessions can be booked up to two weeks in advance. Your trial session will take about 70 minutes and include a dynamic warm up, introductory workout, core exercises, and energy systems (HIIT) conditioning block. If you are new to strength training, coming off an injury, or have any movement concerns please schedule a trial session + movement screen. The movement screen gives us a chance to evaluate your movement patterns and figure out any adjustments we may need to make to your workout plan.

Must have a waiver signed by parents on file in order to participate! Please bring a signed copy of our waiver to your first session.
