Vinyasa Yoga with Liana Scarsella

A dynamic workout combining a series of energizing movements with meditative breath. This powerful series will challenge your body with:

  • A synchronized flow of breath and body to promote body awareness
  • Focused attention toward the stabilizing muscles to improve balance
  • A combination of stretch and strength (elongating muscles via proper form and engagement rather than forced flexibility)
Classes will vary to include a warm-up, power flow, balancing postures and seated postures to provide your body with both strength and restoration.

No experience required. Posture modifications will be offered to allow individuals the opportunity to take the class at their own pace and level of comfort.
