Functional Training for the Early Birds!

We’re happy to announce that we’re expanding our classes to include sessions at 6:00 and 7:00am beginning May 16th! The new classes are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays and will grow to include more days as sessions fill.

Schedule:
6:00am: Functional Strength (45) – a 45-55 minute version of the regular class with a shortened warm-up.
7:00am: Functional Strength – the full 60-70 minute functional strength training class

The Functional Training classes are hour-long group sessions targeted to individuals who want to build strength for everyday life, improve body composition, and live pain & injury-free. The workouts include a dynamic warm-up, mobility drills, metabolic conditioning + high-intensity exercises to burn calories & fat, and various resistance training + core exercises in a fun and engaging group environment. We teach classes with an emphasis on movement quality and are capable of scaling workouts to challenge any age and skill level. All sessions are led by a professionally trained member of our coaching staff.
